The GAP program is designed to help assist those who are in between a program (such as substance abuse programs) and the real world. Many do not have the means nor the support system to make a fresh start. By helping them to continue to Grow And Prosper (GAP) we are providing a way for them to take that next step into the real world. Project Reach will assist with toiletries, clothing, household items and bedding to help them with this transition.
